The first annual Poetry Slam at Keene State College started late due to a "tardy" arriving crowd. At 7:07 p.m., Katherine St. Martin, the president of Sigma Tau Delta, stepped up to the microphone to announce the first poet of nine finalists, and the night began.
Attempts proved futile when I tried counting how many different ways Harold, Kumar and their weird and eccentric friends mock the political system and every race and minority that exist in America; or, the equivalent count of the many shout-outs to the chaos of our current global scene.

The Chamber Singers and Concert Choir performed in the Alumni Recital Hall in the Redfern Arts Center on April 25, 2008. The event, which received a lot of praise, wrapped up Keene State College's major musical performances for the year. Freshman Dimitri Kondylis was impressed.
A somewhat predictable and cliché film, "Flawless" offers nothing new to the viewer and is ultimately nothing to write home about. The film follows Laura Quinn (Demi Moore), the only female executive in the London Diamond Corporation during 1960 London. She is a very motivated individual, always wishing to get to the top in a world dominated by men, but she seems to have reached her peak with no hope for advancement.
